The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division - West (HCD-W), Alpha Branch intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price five (5) year Purchase Agreement for Plexus Location Asset Tracking System Installation and Maintenance Services at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Sole Source acquisitions; FAR 12.102(a): only one source being available to meet the Government’s needs; and FAR 8.401: Federal Supply Schedules to: CONEXUS INC. 5250 S COMMERCE DR STE 160 SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84107-5320, UNITED STATES UEI: VD6UN5WCCWQ6 CAGE: 1ZBZ3 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is – 541512: Computer Systems Design Services, the business size standard is not to exceed $34M (Dollar amount). The Product Service Code (PSC) is DA10: IT and Telecom - Business Application/Application Development Software as A Service. This requirement is an installation and maintenance agreement for Plexus Location Asset Tracking System at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. The proposed contractor is CONEXUS INC. Location: BLDG H135, NMRTC, 200 Mercy Circle, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055 Estimated Period of Performance (PoP): BASE YR POP: 09/25/2026 to 09/24/2027 OPTION YR 1 POP: 09/25/2027 to 09/24/2028 OPTION YR 2 POP: 09/25/2028 to 09/24/2029 OPTION YR 3 POP: 09/25/2029 to 09/24/2030 OPTION YR 4 POP: 09/25/2030 to 09/24/2031 Based on market research and previous acquisition history, it has been determined that CONEXUS INC. is the sole provider of service for the Plexus Vision Asset Tracking System. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to provide the required Plexus Location Asset Tracking System Installation and Maintenance Services. Capability statements shall not exceed six (8.5 x 11 inch) pages using a font size no smaller than 10-point. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source agreement.
