Allentown is the sole vendor able to provide the required stacking lugs, AirKup configuration, U channel exhaust collar, Edstrom EZLock watering system, rear KUP seal dimensions, and components compatible with the Ecoflo blower units already in place. To support continued growth and modernization of the OKCVAHCS animal care and research program, acquisition of additional Allentown rat and mouse IVC units, along with a compatible bedding dispenser, is essential to maintain system integrity, functional compatibility, and operational continuity. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 332999 and the Business Size Standard is 750 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Thursday, August 20, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
