Statement of work, as posted

RFP Updated and extended until August 20, 2026. Correcting notice ID 36C77026T0007 to accurately reflect RFP # 36C77026R0007 The Dallas Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP), located in Lancaster, Texas, is one of seven CMOP facilities operating nationwide under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The CMOP program provides centralized prescription fulfillment and mailing services for Veteran patients. This high-throughput environment relies on advanced automation, robotics, and integrated equipment systems to process prescription orders originating from VA Medical Centers (VAMCs) and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) across the United States. The Dallas CMOP currently maintains production levels of approximately 90,000 prescriptions per day, with anticipated increases in workload based on agency growth and potential interagency partnerships. To support this demand, the facility depends on reliable, efficient, and modern automated systems that ensure accuracy, safety, timeliness, and scalability. Maintaining and upgrading this automation infrastructure is critical to sustaining operational performance and meeting future production goals.
