Notice of Intent to Sole Source – F3G5BA6191AG01 - 414 CTS CYPRES AADS The 99th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of RFO 6.103-1(b), due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The requirement is for the purchase of Military CYPRES (Cybernetic Parachute Release System) Automatic Activation Devices (AADs) to safely conduct Military Free Fall operations. [Qty. 10] Military EC Cypress-2 1-Pin Changeable- w/LTM. [Qty. 1] Military EC Cypress Data Collector [Qty. 1] Military EC Cypress IR Remote This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source procurement. Capability statements are due no later than 26 August 2026 by 10:00 AM Pacific Time. To ensure your response along with any and all attachments are received, attachment(s) must be less than 10 MB [in total]. It is the responsibility of the offeror to contact the government to confirm receipt prior to the offer due date and time.
