Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit in Crownpoint NM, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with John W.Gasparini, Inc UEI: RLVNJFLMQJ87, Johnstone Supply Inc P29AHKTM5W52, State Supply Co. Inc UEI: YC7HMKAC1CH, W.W. Grainger Inc. UEI: DBQGN324ULK3, Gallup Lumber & Supply Co Inc. UEI: L5S6AMCTNJV3, Clifton Electric Co Inc. UEI: FGM3FLY97U41 And Bighorn Ridgerunners UEI: L773U1K5BJR3, for Building Maintenance, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Hardware Supplies on an As Needed Basis. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award to one year with Four Option Periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement are: 332510- Hardware Manufacturing, 335132- Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing, with a business with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. No further awards will be made unless the need for Crownpoint Service Unit changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than September 4, 2026, 8:00am MT. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations, and a solicitation will not be issued.
