Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Requirement to Procure Ultra High Frequency Tactical Satellite (TACSAT) Radios for NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA)

Department of Defense · Department of the Army · W6QK ACC-APG
Account requiredWhy it scored this way

Every reason behind the verdict rather than the headline one — which of your certifications match, how much runway is left, whether the work is your size, and what we would need to know to sharpen it.

Draft the paperwork

Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it.

Start a free trial to draft these. Nothing is sent to an agency on your behalf, ever — you get a document to review, edit and submit yourself.

Compliance matrix

Every stated and implied requirement, its source section, whether it is mandatory, and where your response will address it.

Proposal outline

A submission skeleton where every required element is a heading with its source requirement quoted beneath it. You write the substance; nothing gets forgotten.

Questions to submit

Genuine ambiguities and requirements that disadvantage a smaller bidder, drafted as questions you can submit before the Q&A deadline.

Past performance write-ups

Which of your prior awards best match this requirement, and draft write-ups in the format the agency asked for.

Update 31 JUL 2026: The purpose of this notification is to clarify the relationship between the concurrent postings published on 30 July 2026. This solicitation was posted on the same day as the Justification and Approval (J&A) for W91CRB-21-D-5003. Although a superficial overlap may appear to exist between this solicitation and the J&A, offerors are advised that these are separate, distinct requirements and do not duplicate one another. Conversely, this is a fully competitive solicitation. See attached solicitation for details of items being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through SAM.gov at (https://sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. The primary point of contact for this requirement is Naomi Cross at email address: naomi.cross2.civ@army.mil. Updates to Solicitation: 18 AUG 2026 Extend solicitation close date to: 28 August 2026 10:00am EST Post solicitation amendment to address Questions from Industry and revise the following documents: Price Summary Workbook, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Performance Work Statement, and DD Form 254
