This project aims to establish a modernized golf facility at Naval Base San Diego by improving the outdated infrastructure of the Admiral Baker Golf Course. This comprehensive design-build project will completely renovate, reconfigure, and modernize the entire 18-hole course layout. By replacing deteriorated utilities, upgrading water resource systems, and reshaping the playing landscape, this project will resolve ongoing drainage issues, optimize operational efficiency for MWR/Community Recreation staff, and minimize player safety hazards. Ultimately, these extensive upgrades will create a highly accessible, safe, and elite, commercial-quality recreation experience for all base personnel and patrons. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following as contained in the RFP: 1. Site Development 2. Government-Furnished Materials Installation 3. Demolition & Site Preparation 4. Renovation 5. Restoration
