Fast Burst Reactor (FBR) Modernization Market Research RFI

Department of Defense · Department of the Army · W6QK ACC-APG-ORLANDO
Account requiredWhy it scored this way

Every reason behind the verdict rather than the headline one — which of your certifications match, how much runway is left, whether the work is your size, and what we would need to know to sharpen it.

Draft the paperwork

Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it.

Start a free trial to draft these. Nothing is sent to an agency on your behalf, ever — you get a document to review, edit and submit yourself.

Sources Sought response

A complete draft response — capability statement, relevant past performance, business size and socioeconomic status, and answers to the agency's specific questions.

Questions to submit

Genuine ambiguities and requirements that disadvantage a smaller bidder, drafted as questions you can submit before the Q&A deadline.

Past performance write-ups

Which of your prior awards best match this requirement, and draft write-ups in the format the agency asked for.

Statement of work, as posted

This Request for Information (RFI) conducts market research to inform future requirements and contract strategies for the turn-key delivery and execution of the Fast Burst Reactor (FBR) Life Cycle Modernization Project at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR). Funded as a Central Test and Evaluation Investment Program (CTEIP) project, this effort seeks comprehensive life-cycle modernization solutions to ensure the long-term availability, maintainability, reliability, and sustainment of the FBR facility. The Government is exploring a range of acquisition strategies and plans to utilize the information gained from this White Paper to help further shape the acquisition strategy. Responses should be limited to a five (5) page max white paper, not including cover page, cover letter, table of contents and any other documentation submitted in response to Past Performance. Any proprietary concepts of information should be clearly identified as such. Submitted data and information will not be returned. Any information submitted in response to this RFI Notice is strictly voluntary. This notice is for information planning purposes and the Government will not pay or otherwise reimburse respondents for information submitted. Industry is encouraged to suggest alternative NAICS codes that may better align with the requirements. Disclaimer: This notice does not constitute an invitation for bids or a request for proposal and is not a commitment by the U.S. Government to procure subject products or services nor will the Government reimburse any parties for costs associated with this request. The Government will use the information received to forge its acquisition strategy. Additionally, all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. No basis for a claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this RFI.
