Update to the technical capability, past performance and price requirement under 52.212-1 and 52.212-2. 7. Update to add Data-Right clause to the combined synopsis / solicitation. The following changes have been made to the CLIN Pricing Matrix: 1. Update to remove six-month extension CLINs. 2. Updated CLIN Pricing Matrix to add a CLIN for remote instruction and in-person instruction for the Data Analytics program. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
