The 127 MSC hereby issues a solicitation notice for solicitation W50S8526BA008, a Total Small Business Set-Aside for commercial construction services to repair HVAC Building 303, Project Title VGLZ 252018 This procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 14, and 36, The work shall be in strict compliance with the SOW, the project specifications, and the project drawings. Sections of the SOW may supersede the requirements found in the specifications, in which case, the more stringent/higher quality requirements will apply. The Michigan Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Construction of comprehensive HVAC upgrades for Building 303. This involves the replacement of 14 existing furnace and heat pump units with new, 5-ton capacity dual-fuel systems, as well as the installation of 5 new 2-ton capacity air conditioning units to enhance cooling capabilities. The contractor will handle everything from demolition and removal of the old units to the installation, commissioning, and integration of the new systems with the existing digital controls.
