THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THIS SYNOPSIS IS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTIFICATION OF THE GOVERNMENTS INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT. This acquisition is for a remanufacture service and supply. This is a remanufacturing contract for the Air Launch Cruise Missile (ALCM) Flight Data Transmitter (FDT) (legacy P/N 50210-307, new P/N A21-04A0016-0001). The scope of this contract is to utilize Government-approved manufacturing processes to complete the remanufacture and test of 540 FDTs. The work emcompasses the disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, re-assembly, testing, and finishing actions as required to return the item to a servicable condition. For this effort, remanufacture means 100% replacement of all Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs) and components, which shall inclue the remanufactured gyroscopes (Roll, Yaw, Pitch), and accelorometer. Current item configuration shall be maintained in order to not impact the nuclear surely and hardness of the FDT. CONTRACT TYPE, PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY The delivery schedule requires 8 Kitted FDTs per month, Totaling 94 kitted FDTs per year until 540 total units are delivered to Tinker AFB, OK. The contractor shall funish all material, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and service not previously furnished by the Government to accomplish this SOW.
