Department of Defense · U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) · USTRANSCOM-AQ
Account requiredWhy it scored this way

Every reason behind the verdict rather than the headline one — which of your certifications match, how much runway is left, whether the work is your size, and what we would need to know to sharpen it.

Draft the paperwork

Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it.

Start a free trial to draft these. Nothing is sent to an agency on your behalf, ever — you get a document to review, edit and submit yourself.

Sources Sought response

A complete draft response — capability statement, relevant past performance, business size and socioeconomic status, and answers to the agency's specific questions.

Questions to submit

Genuine ambiguities and requirements that disadvantage a smaller bidder, drafted as questions you can submit before the Q&A deadline.

Past performance write-ups

Which of your prior awards best match this requirement, and draft write-ups in the format the agency asked for.

Statement of work, as posted

INTRODUCTION The Personal Property Activity (PPA) is conducting market research to understand how integrating vendor systems with a government central platform via an Application Programming Interface (API) will affect household goods (HHG) moving, shipping, transportation, and storage service providers. Accordingly, the PPA invites industry partners and service providers to submit detailed information regarding integration costs, associated software development timelines, standard industry practices, and recommendations for testing and risk mitigation when connecting their internal software systems to a central Government platform. This Request for Information (RFI) enables industry stakeholders to provide direct feedback on how this type of integration will impact their current systems and operations, helping to shape future technical requirements and acquisition decisions. This RFI is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot form a binding contract. The PPA is not under any obligation to pursue any acquisition alternative based on this RFI, and the Government will not compensate respondents for any information received. All submissions will be kept confidential, will become the property of the U.S. Government, and will not be returned. SUBMISSION DEADLINE Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM CDT POINTS OF CONTACT (POCs) The preferred method of communication with the POCs is email. RFI submissions and questions must be submitted via email to all points of contact. Contracting Officer: Chris Frost; christopher.t.frost4.civ@mail.mil Contracts Specialist: Kevin Peaslee: kevin.p.peaslee.mil@mail.mil Technical Lead: Kipp Reed; kipp.t.reed.civ@mail.mil IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS Interested parties are advised to read the attached RFI in its entirety.
