The project consists of the remodel of HSI Space, seeking to respond to the current space request for growth. The project is located within the U.S. Embassy Compound in Bogotá, Colombia. The renovation encompasses the following design trades: A. Architectural / Civil Engineering: Installation of new drywall and glass partitions, replacement of ceiling tiles, carpet and baseboard installation, and provision of new doors and associated hardware. B. Mechanical Engineering: Installation, modification, or extension of the HVAC system, including connecting new equipment, ducts, and controls to the existing HVAC infrastructure. C. Electrical Lighting: Installation of new interior lighting fixtures and associated electrical works connected to the existing electrical distribution panel. D. Electrical Power: Installation of new interior electrical power outlets, circuits, and associated works connected to the existing electrical distribution panel. E. Fire Protection: Installation, modification, or extension of the fire protection system, connecting new components to the existing system to ensure full coverage and compliance. Construction is estimated to begin in September 2026 (can be adjusted between Embassy – Contractor) and is expected to take approximately 50 working days. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
