U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with vendor CONCIERGE FITNESS SAN DIEGO LLC DBA Enforcement Wellness, located at 37 Aruba Bnd, Coronado, California, 92118-3271 for Quarterly Wellness Training services to support USBP Headquarters employees. The contractor shall provide four quarterly, five-day long wellness workshops for USBP personnel (up to 25 people per day) as stated in the attached statement of work. The period of performance for this requirement is from the Date of Award to 06/30/2027 and three additional 12-month option periods exercisable at the Governments discretion. The NAICS code for this procurement is 713940. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available.
