Special Notice – Facilities Management (Infrastructure) Industry Days Fair – Fort Worth, TX Description The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Facilities Management Branch, will host an in-person Industry Days Fair from September 22–24, 2026, at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Fort Worth, in Fort Worth, TX. This no-cost event welcomes vendors interested in showcasing their products and services to support BOP operations. Emphasis should be placed on infrastructure and facility modernization, to include: Utility infrastructure HVAC Electrical distribution Roofing Building envelope Comparable construction capabilities The BOP also welcomes presentations on logistical and emergency preparedness equipment and resources that directly involve temporary housing and facilities, power generation, and any equipment that aligns with the management of our infrastructure. Vendors are welcome to set up any size display, to include trailers, etc. Event Location Federal Medical Center (FMC) Fort Worth 3150 Horton Road Fort Worth, TX 76119 Event Schedule Tuesday, September 22, 2026 – First Day of the Industry Days Fair 8:00 – 9:00 AM: Meet and greet, providing an opportunity for vendors and BOP staff to network 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Vendors set up their demonstration areas in preparation for the next two days of scheduled presentations Wednesday, September 23, 2026 – Second Day of the Fair 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Individual presentation sessions for vendors to demonstrate their products and services to the BOP Thursday, September 24, 2026 – Third Day of the Fair 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Individual presentation sessions for vendors to demonstrate their products and services to the BOP 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Vendor tear-down This three-day event provides a structured yet welcoming environment for vendors to share innovative solutions and strengthen partnerships with the Bureau of Prisons. RSVP & Scheduling Information To RSVP and schedule your time block, please email BOP-ADM-FMBChief-S@bop.gov with the subject line: “RSVP Industry Days September 2026” no later than 4:00 PM EST on August 28, 2026. Time slots are first come, first served. Rebecca Harman will be your point of contact for scheduling. This event will be held at a secure Federal Bureau of Prisons facility. Additional access, identification, or clearance requirements may apply; vendors should monitor this notice for further instructions.
