Statement of work, as posted

The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support is soliciting for the supply of Southern Hemisphere Influenza Vaccine for the 2027-2028 flu season. Approximately 30,000 doses are included in this requirement. (Quantities may increase or decrease pending receipt of final Service requirements.) The vaccines shall be a pre-measured 0.5 ML dose, each dose shall be pre-filled in a commercially available syringe for intramuscular administration in healthy individuals aged 6 months and older. The vaccine shall be U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA)-approved and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommended. The formula for the 2027-2028 season vaccine shall be determined by the FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee. Other specification data is included in the solicitation. Successful contractor must have FDA Approval and the vaccine must be ACIP recommended. National Stock Numbers shall be established at time of award. An indefinite quantity contract is proposed. The quantity indicated is an annual estimate only. (Quantities may increase or decrease pending receipt of final Service requirements.) The guaranteed minimum will be 75% of the annual estimate, and a contract maximum will be established at 150% of the annual estimate. All quantities shall be delivered to the Defense Depot New Cumberland, PA. The contractor shall be capable of delivering 100% of the requirements by March 12, 2027. This delivery schedule is the preferred delivery schedule. Other delivery schedules will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be posted to the DLA Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and SAM.gov at https://www.sam.gov. Interested parties are further advised to set up automated notifications of presolicitation or solicitation changes through this website. The current projected solicitation date is September of 2026. DLA reserves the right to issue the solicitation before or after the projected solicitation date.
