Amendment 0005 The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to replace a corrupted attachment from the previous amendment. Attachment 1 - SOW_Amendment 0004 was found to contain inaccurate heading sections, incorrect paragraph numbering, and incorrect page numbering due to file corruption. This Amendment 0005 hereby deletes Attachment 1 - SOW_Amendment 0004 and replaces it with Attachment 1 - SOW_Amendment 0005 (Corrected). The solicitation inquiries due date of August 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM noon ET and the proposal submission due date of September 04, 2026, at 12:00 PM noon ET remain unchanged. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of program management, device integration, delivery, installation, acceptance testing, documentation, training, and warranties (standard and or extended warranties).
