Exact machine (with FSD CFX Laptop (Bio-Rad part # 1201749) required to ensure 100% equivalent assay performance and comparable data output with an existing machine and existing protocols. If no written response is received, that clearly demonstrates the vendor's ability to meet all of the requirements of the PCR system, then USDA RD shall proceed with an award on a sole source basis to BIO-RAD Laboratories, Inc.
