The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies/equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective completion of all services described herein. The Contractor shall also provide customer service, quality control, and all other services as listed herein. The Contractor shall, without additional expense to the Bureau of Reclamation, obtain and maintain necessary licenses and permits, and be responsible for complying with manufacturers¿ recommendations. The government is seeking responsible sources having capabilities to perform the services.
