The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) has a requirement for the replacement of UV-blocking protective mesh screen curtains for NAS equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work (Attachment 1). This project is located at the AJW-L600 Distribution Center Cable Yard at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The curtains protect National Airspace System (NAS) equipment and other FAA assets stored in outdoor storage bays. A site visit will be held on August 25, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. CT. All interested parties should meet Connie Houpt, Contracting Officer, at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center Visitor Center, 6501 Mike Monroney Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73169, no later than 8:15 a.m. CT to be escorted on site. Please send notification of intent to attend the site visit to connie.m.houpt@faa.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. CT on August 24, 2026. Anyone desiring access to the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center must display a current Government-issued ID. The following are acceptable forms of ID for visitors: 1. U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card. 2. Permanent Resident Card or Alien Registration Receipt Card and Facility Management approval. 3. Foreign Passport and International Visitor Program approval via Facility Management. 4. REAL-ID compliant US state issued Driver’s license or ID card. 5. U.S. Military or U.S. Military dependent’s ID Card with photograph. 6. Other U.S. Government issued Common Access Card (CAC)/Personal Identity Verification (PIV). The NAICS CODE for this requirement will be 314999 - All Other Miscellaneous Textile Product Mills with a Small Business Size Standard of 550. Full-and-open competition will be utilized for this requirement.
