This acquisiton is being conducted as a sole-source procurement in accordance with FAR 12.102(a) and as described in the attached Justification. I. INTRODUCTION Navy Talent Acquisition Group Phoenix connects motivated individuals across Arizona, New Mexico, and West Texas with career opportunities in the United States Navy. The command focuses on recruiting and mentoring future Sailors while supporting the Navy's mission through community engagement, leadership development, and career guidance for the next generation. Screen Vision Media is a national cinema advertising network that partners with theaters and local organizations to deliver high-impact visual campaigns to audiences across the country. Through its regional partnerships, Screen Vision Media provides targeted outreach opportunities that align with community engagement and youth development initiatives. II. OBJECTIVE In an ongoing effort to identify and leverage talent from Navy Recruiting Command's primary target market -- high school seniors (11S) -- NTAG Phoenix will collaborate with Screen Vision Media to provide in-person and digital prospecting opportunities of the highest quality. Screen Vision Media will increase the U.S. Navy's branding by engaging with the target demographic (ages 17-24) within NTAG Phoenix's Area of Responsibility (AOR). Effective recruiting and outreach are essential to creating positive awareness among influencers and youth, which translates to greater understanding of the Navy and strengthens recruiting and retention across the Department of the Navy. III. SOW/DELIVERABLES On-Screen Activations: Navy video spots and digital slides featured before feature films at Harkins movie theaters across Arizona.
