Department of Defense · Department of the Army · W7NT USPFO ACTIVITY ND ARNG
Account requiredWhy it scored this way
Every reason behind the verdict rather than the headline one — which of your certifications match, how much runway is left, whether the work is your size, and what we would need to know to sharpen it.
Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it.
Start a free trial to draft these. Nothing is sent to an agency on your behalf, ever — you get a document to review, edit and submit yourself.
Compliance matrix
Every stated and implied requirement, its source section, whether it is mandatory, and where your response will address it.
Proposal outline
A submission skeleton where every required element is a heading with its source requirement quoted beneath it. You write the substance; nothing gets forgotten.
Questions to submit
Genuine ambiguities and requirements that disadvantage a smaller bidder, drafted as questions you can submit before the Q&A deadline.
Past performance write-ups
Which of your prior awards best match this requirement, and draft write-ups in the format the agency asked for.

Amendment No. 002: Clarifying further based upon issuance of Amendment No. 001 yesterday along with questions and information provided by an interested and qualified small business company. 1. . Of the eight equipment CLINs, only the Lexa sterilizer (CLIN 0005) and Assistina One (CLIN 0007) are W&H products - the remaining items are manufactured by Air Techniques, Solmetex, and A-dec. Our office confirms the specific dealer requirement applies only to all CLINs. 2. Our office confirms that supplying through the manufacturers' authorized dealer channel satisfies the Amendment 001 requirement for a small business quoter. -------------- End of Amendment No. 002 ---------------- Amendment No. 001: The manufacturer of the requested Brand-Name Only dental items is: W&H Dental Restorative and Surgical Products. In order to submit a quote, you must be an authorized dealer or representative of W&H Dental Restorative and Surgical Products. In error, our office cited a large business authorized dealer, Patterson Dental, as if they were the manufacturers of the required dental equipment. Please convert the Patterson Dental catalog item numbers to match-up with the original manufacturers catalog item numbers when preparing your small business quote against this requirement. Thank you to the small business company who brought this matter to our attention. --------- END of Amendment No. 001 ---------- The State Medical Detachment has a need for Dental Equipment. All items are listed as a Brand Name or Equal within the attached documentation to this Solicitation. This will be a Best Value Trade off Award. Please pay particular Attention to the JA that is attached!

Submit questions
Ambiguities and requirements worth clarifying, written as questions you can send before the deadline.
Opens in your own mail client, addressed and with a subject line — you write the message. GovSprint never sends anything on your behalf.
Emails open in your mail client and are sent from your address, so the reply comes back to you and the exchange stays yours. Confirm the correct channel and any question deadline on the notice before sending — many solicitations require questions in a specific way.
