Account requiredWhy it scored this way

Every reason behind the verdict rather than the headline one — which of your certifications match, how much runway is left, whether the work is your size, and what we would need to know to sharpen it.

Draft the paperwork

Written against this notice and what you have told us about your company. Anything we do not know is marked [NEEDS INPUT] in the draft rather than guessed at — read it before you send it.

Statement of work, as posted

See attached PWS. The 5th AR BDE is seeking to replace the existing training area and worn turf at the Brigade Headquarters. The current facility is severely degraded and presents active safety hazards to Soldiers. This requirement will deliver a permanent, high-quality, and resilient artificial turf solution to eliminate these safety risks and provide a modernized physical training environment that directly supports Army readiness. The entire turf area forms a perfect rectangle with the following outer boundary dimensions: Length 84 ft., Width 102 ft. The 84-foot length of the field is divided into three distinct sections: a Western gap, a central lane area, and an Eastern gap. Starting from the Western edge, there is a 22 ft. (22') open green turf gap before the lane section begins. Adjacent to the Western gap is the main lane area, which spans a total of 50 ft. (50') across. Following the lane section, there is a 12 ft. (12') open green turf gap extending to the Eastern edge of the field. There will be exactly 6 white lines marked across the field. Each of these white lines measures approximately 82.5 feet (82' 6") long, running parallel to the width of the field. The 50-foot central section is divided evenly into 5 numbered lanes. Each of the 5 lanes is exactly 10 feet (10') wide. Each lane contains a number (1 through 5). The numbers are exactly 3 feet 6 inches (3' 6") tall/long and with a width of 1.5 feet. Each number is horizontally centered within its 10-foot-wide lane. The numbers are placed exactly 3 feet (3') away from the designated starting line. The 5th Armored Brigade Logo is positioned directly in the middle of the 5 lanes, perfectly centered within the 50 ft. lane section. It has a length of 15 ft. and a width of 7.5 ft. The primary, thick structural lines of the "A" shape are to be colored a deep Jet Black. The lower half of the "A" symbol must be filled with a Crimson Red; the remaining top half will be painted white. The borders of the symbol will be Hunter Green.
