Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to update block 1 and 3 of the SF18 and remove the number 10 from “five (10) days” typo on the Statement of Work paragraph IDENTIFICATION OF CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL AND VEHICLES. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, safety equipment, supervision, and specialized machinery necessary to complete the concrete grinding, repair, and polishing process for the estimated 3,000 SF area. See attached Statement of Work. It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 561790 Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings and a small business size standard of $9.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See FAR 52.212-1 for submission instructions & FAR 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by 5:00PM Eastern Time on 08/26/2026 via email to Jamie.C.Bridges@uscg.mil. Quotes shall be submitted via the SF-18. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above no oral questions will be accepted. Questions must be submitted no later than 12:00PM EST on 08/20/26. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 08/19/26 at 10:00AM Eastern Time. Interested parties must arrange site visits with Jamie Bridges at Jamie.C.Bridges@uscg.mil and Christopher Dollahon at Christopher.P.Dollahon@uscg.mil.
