This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of all businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 325413 In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing. The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking all qualified business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers to all the following specifications: Requirement: Salient Characteristics: The bundles and kits are used to simultaneously profile chromatin accessibility (ATAC-seq) and 3' gene expression (RNA-seq) from the exact same single cell nucleus. This dual-omic approach links epigenetic regulatory mechanisms directly to active gene transcription. Primary Applications: Gene Regulatory Network Analysis: Maps how open chromatin regions, enhancers, and promoters control specific gene expression patterns. Cell Type and State Annotation: Improve resolution when identifying complex, rare, or heterogeneous cell populations by combining two layers of molecular data. Development and Disease Research: Track cellular differentiation pathways and identify drivers of diseases by observing genomic and transcriptomic changes concurrently. Contractor is to provide the following reagent bundles and kits that are compatible with the Chromium X Series Chip Holder (PN-300598), the Chromium X is currently in use at the VA laboratory: Contractors shall provide the delivery of the requested reagents for Genetic Sequencing. The requested reagents are: 1. Epi Multiome assays, 16 samples 2. Epi Multiome assays, 4 samples 3. Epi Multiome assays, 4 samples 4. (9) General pricing of your products/solution is encouraged. Pricing will be used for the purpose of market research only. It will not be used to evaluate for any type of award. (10) Please submit your capabilities in regard to the salient characteristics being provided and any information pertaining to equal to items to establish capabilities for planning purposes? (11) Will the items you will be providing manufactured domestically in the United States or are they foreign manufactured items? (12) Please review salient characteristics/statement of work (if applicable) and provide feedback or suggestions. If none, please reply as N/A.
