Supplies will be purchased on as needed basis to the Laboratory Department at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS). Refer to attached Solicitation 75H71026Q00248 In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
