The 374th Contracting Squadron is seeking eligible, potential contractors for the project for BDOC Upgrades at Yokota Air Base and Remote Sites, Japan. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicle, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for the procurement, installation and training of materials for the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) Upgrade located at building 210 (Primary BDOC) and building 1455 (Alternate BDOC), Yokota Air Force Base, Japan. To be eligible for awarding of the contract oferors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM). ALL GOODS AND INCIDENTAL SERVICES OF THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR THE DELIVERY TO AND PERFORMANCE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. The installation and operational training is to be conducted at Yokota Air Base Japan. The submission deadline is 8 September 2026 ( Tuesday) 0900 AM Japan Standard Time. Any questions regarding this requirement are to be sent by email to the Contract Administrator and Contracting Officer written below. Questions shall be submitted no later than 1 September 2026 1400 PM Japan Standard Time. *11 August 2026 Updates (Two (2))* (1) A Site visit will be conducted on 24 August 2026 ( Monday) 0930 hours Japan Standard Time (JST). Due to security issues the site visit will be conducted ONLY for building 1455 . If you do not need to be escorted onto the base please be in front of Bldg 1455 at 0930 hours. If you will need an escort (1) Please fill in and submit the attached excel form to contracting no later than 20 August , 1400 JST and (2) be at the Supply Gate ( Gate No. 5) by 0840 hrs JST. (2) Question and Answer , dated 10 August 2026 has been posted.
