The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is issuing this notice to seek sources for a Financial Data Sources subscription in accordance with Attachment 1 – SEC Draft Requirements List. The SEC has a preference for a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription. The SEC is not seeking a subscription that requires development. Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following: 1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with following company information: Business name and address; SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number Name of company representative and their business title; Business size and any whether company has any current socio-economic classifications (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Existing contract vehicles available to the Government for the procurement of the requirement, such as the General Service Administration or FEDLINK 2. Description of your company’s capability to meet the requirements in Attachment 1 – SEC Draft Requirement List. Note: merely restating the requirements is not sufficient. (limited to 15 pages, note: summary/cover letter does not count against this limit) 3. A completed response to Attachment 2 – SEC Questionnaire and Requirement Matrix Checklists. 4. A completed response to Attachment 3 - Price Estimate Spreadsheet. Responses shall include a price estimate breakdown for one Base Year and four Option Years. Question Deadline: All questions regarding this notice must be submitted to garrettj@sec.gov by no later than 3:00 PM EDT on August 31, 2026. The SEC will post responses to all questions on SAM.gov. Response Deadline: All responses to this notice must be submitted to garrettj@sec.gov by no later than 3:00 PM EDT on September 16, 2026.
