This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0379 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Installation of Condenser and Evaporator Coils. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code (NAICS) is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $12.5 Million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015?5179 for Schriever, LA is applicable and is attached. The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation. See “Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions” for applicable clauses, provisions, instructions, and evaluation criteria. See also “Attachment 2 - Statement of Requirements” for the minimum capabilities and performance requirements. There are no additional requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices. Quotes are due by the date/time/time zone listed in the “Date Offers Due” field. Submit all quotes to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) by the “Date Offers Due”. Quotes received after the established “Date Offers Due” deadline will be considered late. Late quotes may only be considered if it is in the Government’s best interest and if it will not unduly delay award. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) no later than 11:59 PM CT on August 17, 2026 (08/17/2026). Answers will be posted before end of day on August 18, 2026 (08/18/2026).
