The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO-8) intends to negotiate a sole-source short-term bridge contract under the authority of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a). The Facilities Management Service (FMS) requires preventive maintenance services for HVAC Water Chillers at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System.
