C&O CANAL NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK - FY26 REPAIR INLET LOCK 2 The Department of Interior, National Park Service, C&O Canal National Historical Park has a requirement for construction services for Repair to Inlet Lock 2 in Potomac, Maryland. Work consists of replacing deteriorated lock gates and miter sill and repairing stone masonry, remove sediment and debris around the gates and locks, repairs to the berms upstream of Violette's Lock (Lock 23). This is a solicitation for construction services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 15. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation (140P3026R0002) for Repair to Inlet Lock 2 and is issued as a Request for Proposal on Standard Form (SF)1442. This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The small business size standard is $45M.
