This is a sources-sought announcement solely for informational and planning purposes as a means of conducting market research to identify eligible parties having an interest and the resources to support the requirement to furnish all effort including labor, material and facilities for the fabrication, assembly, testing, manufacturing and delivery of the Lower Tier Interceptor (LTI) Twenty-Four (24) PATRIOT (Phased Array Tracking to Intercept on Target) M903 Launching Stations one (1) set of Authorized Stockage List ASL) spares, 4 sets of Prescribed Load List (PLL) spares and 24 sets of PATRIOT Initial Associated Items (PIAI) for the U.S. The intent of this notice is to conduct market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and is for informational purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information or reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this RFI. No solicitation is being issued currently. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. This synopsis details the intent of the Government to release a sole-source solicitation for Raytheon Company (CAGE Code 05716). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 for Twenty-Four (24) LTI M903 PATRIOT Launching Stations, NAICS: 336414, M903: Part Number: 11481673, and NSN: 1440-01-621-8660, one set of Authorized Stockage List ASL) spares, 4 sets of Prescribed Load List (PLL) spares and 24 sets of PATRIOT Initial Associated Items (PIAI) . The Government does not possess or cannot provide all the data necessary for performance of this requirement. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This notice is a sources sought notice and is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary, and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred by respondents in developing the information provided to the Government. This sources sought information does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract to a respondent to this notice. Responses to this notice will only be used to determine capability/availability of sources and serve as a supplementary market research tool to determine acquisition strategy. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this sources sought. DO NOT SUBMIT A PROPOSAL AT THIS TIME. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the required products identified in this notice, please provide the following information: 1. Business size (i.e. large, small disadvantaged, veteran owned, woman owned, etc.) 3. Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this requirement, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. 4. Affirmation of cleared personnel and facilities. 5. A description of the company’s expertise in providing Technical Assistance and Field Support Representatives support for LTI M903 PATRIOT Launching Stations. 6. A description of your company’s technical expertise, capabilities and assets necessary to provide technical support for the LTI M903 PATRIOT Launching Stations. 7. A description, in general, of your company’s approach to meeting the required period of performance. All responses shall be unclassified. The experience/expertise description should be no longer than 5 pages. Submittals must be received via email no later than 4 PM Central Daylight Time 21 August 2026 to be considered. Only email submittals will be accepted. Hard copy or fax submittals will not be accepted.
