Every reason behind the verdict rather than the headline one — which of your certifications match, how much runway is left, whether the work is your size, and what we would need to know to sharpen it.

AMENDMENT 1. PURPOSE This amendment serves as official notification that the Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the fabrication and delivery of two custom commercial-grade mobile beverage cabinets has been amended. A revised Statement of Work (SOW) is now attached to the solicitation. 2. BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT (BLUF) The amended SOW significantly expands the required scope of work to include on-site installation and demolition. Because of this expansion, all quotes received prior to this amendment no longer meet the scope of the solicitation and are considered invalid. Vendors wishing to compete for this contract must submit new quotes based on the updated requirements. 3. KEY SOW REVISIONS All offerors must review the amended SOW in its entirety. The most significant changes driving this expanded scope include: Expanded Scope (Installation & Demolition): The contractor must now handle the removal and disposal of the existing equipment and execute the full installation of the newly fabricated cabinets. Detailed Utility Access Points: Precise, documented dimensions are now provided for utility holes. The contractor must pre-drill these access points in the stainless steel top and backsplash for coffee machines, soda fountains, and water/ice machines. Internal Configurations: The internal housing specifications have been updated. This includes specific appliance placement and a new requirement for a pull-out bottom shelf to accommodate the bag-in-the-box (BIB) syrup system. Defined Responsibilities: The SOW establishes clear boundaries for demolition, installation, and utility connections between the Contractor, Government personnel (Civil Engineering *Note: The overall cabinet dimensions, material requirements, and mobility specifications (casters) remain unchanged.* 4. ACTION REQUIRED FOR ALL VENDORS Due to the substantial changes in on-site requirements, previously submitted pricing is no longer technically acceptable. If you previously submitted a quote: You must submit a brand new, revised quotation that accounts for the expanded scope if you still wish to be considered for award. For all submissions: Please acknowledge receipt of this amendment when submitting your new quotation.
