PSC: 7630 NAICS: 516210 Small Business Size Standard: $47M Subscription: IHS Engineering Workbench Expert Collection Supplier: ALLIUM US HOLDING LLC Product Description: The mission of the Department of Defense (DoD) Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Libraries is to support military personnel assigned to contingency operations, remote sites, and military missions in accordance with DoDI 1015.10, Military Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Programs. To support mission readiness, voluntary education, and quality of life, DoD Libraries require a subscription to The Miss Humblebee's Academy. Scott Civil Engineers require electronic access to the IHS Engineering Workbench Expert Collection to quickly locate and evaluate authoritative engineering information. The collection provides access to standards, codes, specifications, technical references, engineering periodicals, patents, patent applications, and enterprise knowledge sources through a single interface. The resource is a critical tool used by the engineering community, Program Management Offices, Sheppard Schoolhouse/Cable and Antenna Operations and Base SCX/Cable and Antenna shops. - Must include: standards, codes, specifications, applied technical reference, engineering periodicals, patents and patent applications, and enterprise knowledge sources. To include the attached list of standards (Custom Collection) - Must address the “information overload” challenge with a single intuitive interface that uses advanced knowledge discovery technologies to surface answers from a curated universe of technical knowledge. - Access to the Engineering Work Bench Expert Collection - Collection for EI community, Program Management Offices, Sheppard Schoolhouse / Cable and Antenna Operations AFSC 1D773C, and Base SCX/Cable Antenna shops This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by 21 August 2026, 12:00 PM, CST for this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this announcement. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Contractors Should Be Aware of the Following Information: 1.
