Gaskets & Hardware: Any additional OEM hardware required for a complete installation. See attached PWS for any furthur details. 3. CRITICAL CONSTRAINTS Interested sources must be able to comply with the following two requirements: Kubota Authorization: To preserve the new engine's 1-year manufacturer warranty, all installation work must be performed by a licensed, factory-authorized Kubota dealer or certified service center. Geographic Limitation: The place of performance shall be the Contractor's facility. The facility must be located within a 50-mile radius of Stratton Air National Guard Base (Scotia, NY), as this is the maximum distance the Government will transport the equipment. 4.
