This Call requests Phase 1Asubmissions consisting of a Quad Chart and White Paper in response to the Focus AreaStatements (FAS) identified below. The Kronos FoS CSO remains the governing document for alladministrative, legal, evaluation, and submission requirements, Notice ID FA8806-26-S-0001 (01July 2026). Area of Interest: This Call is issued under Area of Interest (AOI) 4 – MissionSupport Services and seeks innovative commercial solutions aligned with the FAS below: 2.FAS #1 (AOI 04-FAS01): The Kronos FoS seeks innovative commercial products andservices that simplify how software capabilities are configured, deployed, integrated, operated,and iterated on across the Kronos FoS. Interests span the software lifecycle and include: a.Low-code and no-code development platforms and services b.Integration services c.Automated continuous delivery capabilities d.Platform observability and health monitoring solutions e.Operational analytics f.Baseline configuration management g.Automated incident response h.Resilient platform operations i.Solutions should reduce Government integration complexity, shorten the time to fieldsoftware to operations, and lower the compliance and management burden on the Government, while enabling a scalable, modular, and interoperable software ecosystem 3.FAS #2 (AOI 04-FAS02): The Kronos FoS seeks innovative commercial products and services that automate execution of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and radicallycompress the time required to achieve and maintain authorization across the Kronos Family ofSystems. Interests span all six RMF steps. Solutions may employ artificial intelligence, machinelearning, or other automation, and include: a.System categorization and security control selection b.Control implementation and configuration enforcement c.Continuous control assessment and automated evidence collection d.Security documentation, Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) management, and authorization package generation e.Continuous monitoring, and real-time risk posture visibility f.Security impact analysis and change request disposition g.Vulnerability management, incident detection, automated response, and recovery h.Software assurance and cyber analytics supporting operational resiliency i.Solutions should reduce the time to achieve and maintain an authorization to operate,eliminate manual and duplicative compliance effort, and give the Government continuous, evidence-based visibility of its cybersecurity risk posture 4.Submission Timeline: Questions regarding this Call shall be submitted no later than 1200 Pacific Time on 07 August 2026. Responses to submitted questions will be posted to SAM.gov(http://sam.gov). Phase 1A submissions (Quad Chart and White Paper) shall be received no later than 1700 Pacific Time on 26 August 2026. 5.Additional Information: All submission instructions, eligibility requirements, evaluationprocedures, and applicable terms and conditions are contained within the Kronos FoS CSO.Offerors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov (http://sam.gov) for amendments, answers toquestions, and any updates associated with this Call.
