This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals, nor is this a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available, and telephone requests will not be honored. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The United States Army Contracting Command- Redstone Arsenal intends to issue a contract on a sole source basis under the authority of Title 41 United States Code (USC) §1901 as implanted in Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 12.102 and FAR 6.104.
