Statement of work, as posted

The NGA is seeking a contractor capable of providing comprehensive VO data using cutting edge technologies such as, but not limited to, CV/Machine Learning (ML) detection and characterization technologies integrated with comprehensive, high-resolution imagery and elevation data. These capabilities must enable low-altitude aviation mission planning and enhance geospatial intelligence analysis by providing timely mission data to decision-makers preparing for and conducting aviation mission planning and rehearsals. The NGA requires the contractor?derived solution to evolve, augment, and accelerate enterprise?level VO identification and characterization analysis workflows by employing technologies capable of rapid and accurate VO detections. The contractor?provided solution is required to increase productivity while reducing both personnel and financial resource burdens. The NGA requires access to, and deployment of the contractor provided capabilities to deliver a critical advantage to aviation mission planning throughout dense rural and urban infrastructure environments while maneuvering to avoid a variety of natural and manmade VO’s.
