Request for Quote (RFQ) #: 36C25926Q0695 In accordance with RFO FAR 12.201, this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the large business, University of Colorado 13001 E 17th Pl Ste F428, Aurora CO, 80045: ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 0001 Rocky Mountain Geriatrics Conference 1 EVENT (EV) The University of Colorado, Division of Geriatrics is the only academic source in Colorado that is hosting a regional geriatric specific conference. This conference will educate a multi-professional audience on advancing care for older adults with serious illnesses. It will focus on the unique challenges and needs of geriatric patients facing hospitalization and surgery. Topics will include aligning surgery with patients goals, managing geriatric specific health needs, improving discharge processes, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration in care. Additionally, the conference will address key policy issues, such as age-friendly measures, state aging master plans, and advocacy efforts, while emphasizing the importance of shared decision-making and co-management. By offering relevant educational content, the event aims to promote best practices, support professional development, and provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for participants. The conference is being sponsored by the University of Colorado, Division of Geriatrics and the Geriatric Research, Education and Clinical Center (GRECC) on August 27-28, 2026, based on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between VISN 19 and Rocky Mountain Regional VAMC dated August 9, 2024. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s needs as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.
