This is a Sources Sought announcement in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12 and is in anticipation of a potential future procurement program. Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest to provide the following services, including travel costs, materials, etc: This procurement is for ServiceNow Staff augmentation technical services to support, modernize, and scale its enterprise digital workflows. The primary objectives of this procurement are: System Migration, ITSM Expansion, and Custom Application Development. This requirement includes one (1) base period, and two (2) option periods, each with a duration of four (4) months, for a total of one year. SWRMC requires that both onsite personnel hold and maintain active Top Secret (TS) Security Clearances and comply with the DoD IAT Level 2 Security Standards. The required period of performance is: Base Period: 25 September 2026 to 25 January 2027 Option Period 1: 25 January 2027 to 25 May 2027 Option Period 2: 25 May 2027 to 24 September 2027 (May be subject to change) See Statement of Work for full details. SWRMC is seeking vendors with the capability to provide the previously mentioned services under applicable NAICS 541512. Interested companies should submit a letter of interest including the company’s name, SAM Unique Entity ID number, business size, telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address of the company point of contact, along with a brief description of your company and its capabilities as they relate to the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work. The information submitted will be used for acquisition planning purposes. The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comments or questions. No basis for a claim against the Government shall arise as a result of this announcement. Responses to this announcement are voluntary and are of no cost to the Government.
