INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SYNOPSIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. W912P8-26-B-A080 – Carrollton Phase III – District Floodwall Storage Shelter (ED 25-017), New Orleans, Louisiana. This solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The work consists of constructing a new pre-engineered metal storage building at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New Orleans District facility. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, clearing and grubbing, excavation, backfill, utility relocations, construction of a reinforced concrete foundation and pavement, installation of a pre-engineered metal building, chain-link fencing and gate, and all incidental work necessary for a complete and functional facility. This solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using commercial procedures. The resulting contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 22 August 2026. When posted, the solicitation will be available free of charge by electronic posting only on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Amendments, if any, will also be posted to SAM. Interested contractors are responsible for monitoring the website for amendments and other information regarding this solicitation. Offerors must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov to be eligible for award. If an offeror is not actively registered at the time of award, the Government reserves the right to award to the next otherwise eligible offeror.
