The Army Contracting Command/Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC APG), on behalf of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), seeks Contractor support for The Post-wide Construction Multiple Award Task Contract (MATOC). The requirement will be acquired on an 8(a) small business set-aside competitive basis. Award will be made using the tradeoff method in accordance with FAR Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 15.103-1, by evaluating proposals for the best value that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government. The first Task Order will be made to execute the seed project under CLIN 0002. The seed project CLIN will identify the tasks required to satisfy fulfillment the requirement. The evaluation methodology for this procurement consists of three (3) factors: Technical, Cost/Price, and Past Performance. Performance Locations include: APG North (Aberdeen), APG South (Edgewood), Adelphi Laboratory Center, Van Bibber Water Treatment Center, Hanson Reservoir, Graces Quarters (Baltimore County), Carroll Island (Baltimore County), Churchville Test Course, Blossom Point Research Facility (Charles County), Adelphi Laboratory Center (Montgomery County) and other areas located in Harford and Baltimore Counties in Maryland. The Contractor shall perform all tasks and services necessary to execute APGs Post Construction MATOC. Contractor must be located within 40 miles of Aberdeen Proving Ground. Award is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. The Government reserves the right to cancel this requirement at any time without obligation or liability for proposal preparation costs. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) the small business size standard is $45 million.
