Who to talk to

At the forecast stage there is no active procurement, so contact is welcome rather than restricted — this is the one window where a direct conversation is straightforwardly appropriate.

The Small Business Specialist is usually the better first call. Helping firms like yours find and compete for this work is their actual job, and they can tell you whether a set-aside is still under consideration.

Published by the agency in its acquisition forecast, last updated April 3, 2026. Forecast entries are plans, not commitments — dates slip and requirements get cancelled, restructured or absorbed into another buy.

Statement of work, as posted

The SEA-C-SFLC-LREPL has a requirement for overhaul services for components of the TRS-3D / AN SPS-75 Air Search Radar System. These radar components are critical to the mission of the National Security Cutters (NSCs). Hensoldt, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) located in Germany, is the sole source provider for these components. National Defense Industry (NDI) is the only authorized U.S. distributor for parts and repair services. The associated specification outlines the requirements for receipt, storage, inspection, repair, testing, preservation, packaging, packing, and marking of the radar system components.
