Who to talk to

At the forecast stage there is no active procurement, so contact is welcome rather than restricted — this is the one window where a direct conversation is straightforwardly appropriate.

The Small Business Specialist is usually the better first call. Helping firms like yours find and compete for this work is their actual job, and they can tell you whether a set-aside is still under consideration.

Published by the agency in its acquisition forecast, last updated April 24, 2026. Forecast entries are plans, not commitments — dates slip and requirements get cancelled, restructured or absorbed into another buy.

Statement of work, as posted

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Public Affairs (OPA), Media Affairs Division requires contractor's support to provide officials with daily executive news briefings. OPA requires an executive level news briefing of national and local media/social media coverage focusing on USCIS services, operations, and critical partnerships, in addition to other topical areas of interest selected by the agency. USCIS requires preparation and delivery of daily executive news, clips compiled by news analysts familiar with the USCIS's mission, capabilities, and responsibilities by using extensive knowledge of the public affairs industry, federal government, USCIS, and the Department of Homeland Security's respective missions. USCIS is still conducting market research for this requirement and will update this record to reflect.
