Coast Guard Base C5I, Alexandria, VA is seeking a contract to perform grounds maintenance services to maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment for all residents, military and civilian personnel and members of the general public. The Contractor shall provide grounds maintenance services as described herein at Coast Guard Base C5I. The work includes furnishing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to perform grounds maintenance, which includes all lawn, sidewalk, flowerbeds, trees and shrubs, roads, parking areas, fields, perimeter trails and perimeter fence.
