This request is for Less Than Lethal Active Vehicle Barrier System. OFO has identified a requirement for active vehicle barriers (AVBs) to be acquired to facilitate OFO operational law enforcement functions. The equipment is utilized to stop both intentional and unintentional vehicle threats within the perimeter of a port of entry (POE) so that the risk is immediately contained without causing injury or death to the vehicle occupants or others.
