This requirement supports the next phase of CISA's strategic direction: operationalizing strategy. Work will be performed at the contractor's site with frequent visits to CISA facilities. The contract supports the Office of the Chief of Staff and will provide critical capacity, tools, and structure to help leadership align strategic priorities, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress.
