Statement of work, as posted

The purpose of this Call Order is provide Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) ServiceNow operations support services for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its optimal performance, stability, and continued alignment with business objectives. The Contractor shall configure and support the following modules to ensure maximum efficiency as noted below: Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Ensure operational maturity by ensuring workflows are in place to reduce duplicate configurations items (CIs), reducing stale CIs, mitigating orphaned relationships, and enforcing data governance policies. Software Asset Management (SAM) Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive software asset management strategy to effectively monitor software usage, ensuring compliance with software entitlements, optimizing software spend and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure SAM data is accurately reflected and maintained. Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive hardware asset management strategy that increases enterprise adoption and work with stakeholders to ensure HAM data is accurately reflected and maintained. This Call Order will be awarded on the Digital Worfkflow Blanket Purchase Agreement.
