The data replication should provide Core Capabilities Change Data Capture (CDC) functionality, which reads directly from database transaction logs to detect & deliver only changed data inserts, updates, and deletes in real time or near-real time Rely on log-based CDC approach that requires no triggers, queries, or modifications to source systems, thereby ensuring operational systems supporting border security, trade processing, & law enforcement workloads remain unaffected during replication operations Data replication must support multiple source target selections including (but not limited to) Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Db2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SAP cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), & Databricks due to the legacy on-premises systems and evolving cloud & hybrid architectures of CBP Supports initial bulk data loads & ongoing incremental replication, enabling seamless database migrations & persistent synchronization across agency systems Leverage built-in (automated) transformation capabilities including column mapping, filtering, data type conversion, & record routing in order to reduce reliance on other tools Provide centralized monitoring and management so that administrators use a unified management console which enables visibility across all replication tasks, w/alerting, logging, & audit trail functionality that supports operational oversight, compliance, & accountability requirements Hold and maintain FedRAMP Moderate Authorization Support on-premises, cloud-native, Acquisition Strategy: NASA SEWP
