Statement of work, as posted

This project will replace the existing XX,XXX square foot modified bitumen (mod-bit) roof on the Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) building (constructed in 1971). The current roof has reached the end of its service life, despite receiving repairs and a protective coating in 2024. The roofing system now exhibits multiple split, exposed seams, and severe UV and weather-driven coating deterioration.
